MultiNet as Data Controller

Sweden, referred to as MultiNet, develops and provides Software-as-a-Service solutions like booking systems, learning management systems, contract management systems and e-mail marketing systems. You or your company is referred to as the Customer. When you log into MultiNets systems you are referred to as the User.

Data processing for which MultiNet is the Data Controller

MultiNet is the data controller for the processing of personal data that you share with us when you:

  • make an order and becomes a user of MultiNet's services
  • receives user credentials and becomes a user of MultiNet's services
  • register for one of MultiNet's training courses
  • contact us or submit a request via phone, chat, the support portal or the website
  • visit our website and accept cookies

MultiNet collects and process the following information about you

MultiNet collects and processes the categories of personal data that you share with us when you become a customer, register for training, contact us or make a request. All users of MultiNet's services have a user with login credentials and the username is your e-mail address. MultiNet also collects your name and IP address when necessary.

Legal base for processing and why MultiNet need to process your data

MultiNet collects and processes personal data to be able to provide the best possible experience when you visit our website (legitimate interests), to fulfil commitments to you (contracts), and to do marketing campaigns (legitimate interests).

The data collected when you make an order is used to communicate and create your login credentials.

For security and logging reasons we also collect your IP address every time you log in.

When you contact us through one of our communication channels when need to save the information you provided to be able to answer your questions.

MultiNet only process your data for as long as required

MultiNet will process your data as long as you have a user in one of our services, as long as there is a customer relation or when required to fulfil the requirements set out in this document. When the customer relationship is over, i.e. when the contract has ended between you and MultiNet, MultiNet will erase your personal data.

Data Subject Rights (DSR)

You have the right to request a data extract from MultiNet containing all your personal data that is being processed. MultiNet will also, if required by you, correct any misleading, incorrect or incomplete data about you.

What are cookies and why do MultiNet use them?

Cookies are small text files that are used to store small pieces of information. They are stored on your device when the website is loaded on your browser. These cookies help us make the website function properly, make it more secure, provide a better user experience, understand how the website performs and analyze what works and where it needs improvement.

MultiNet.com uses both permanent cookies and temporary session cookies.

Permanent cookies will be stored in your browser for a longer time so next time you visit multinet.com we will remember you. These permanent cookies are used to store settings, for analytics and for marketing. 

Session cookies are only stored during your visit and will be erased soon after you leave our website. Session cookies are used for performance reasons, analytics and in the checkout when you register for a training course.

MultiNet.com also uses third-party cookies from Google Analytics and Google Ads. Third-party cookies can be used to track you between different websites.
