If you've forgotten your password you can use the "Forgot password" function at the system login page. Alternativly your systemadministrator could reset your password by using the tools under "Manage" and "Users".

If you don't have a user account and want one, please contact your system administrator.

You're welcome to contact our economy department concerning any questions about your invoice. Please have your customer number and your contract number available to get help as quickly as possible, you'll find this information on your invoice.

Your system administrator can update your address using the tools under "Manage" and "Company information".

If there's been major changes or restructuring of your company, and you want to transfer your account to another company, please contact us at MultiNet to get an transfer agreement form.

May 25th 2018 there's a new law in all the member states of the European Union shortened GDPR, meaning General Data Protection Regulation. The law was passed to protect the integrity of all individuals in the EU. We at MultiNet, and all of our services are "GDPR-compliant". If you're a customer at MultiNet an you handle personal information of any kind, you're the data controller and responsible for the information in your account. We at MultiNet are data processors and we'll take the tecnical and orgasation security measures to make you feel safe and secure with the knowledge that your information is handled securly and according to the law.
